Mantra: I am love

Focus on the things you want in life, not the things you do not won’t. Why? Because thoughts become things. When we practice mindfulness we begin to recognize our thought patterns. One of the transformative truths that I learned, is that when I practice mindfulness I am paying attention or taking note of what I am thinking, essentially I am paying attention to my conversations with myself and with God. God hears all of our thoughts and as co-creators with God, we have the ability to shape our lives through our thoughts.

Regardless if we are aware of this power is irrelevant. God directs the Universe to respond to our thoughts. That’s why what you think is seeking you. So, this month, I want all of us to think thoughts of love. Why love? Because it is the most powerful feeling in the Universe. Love conquers all. Nothing is greater than love. God is love. Don’t believe me? Surely you believe the Bible.

In the Bible it states that love is forever and that love never fails. Nothing in this world is more powerful than the energy that love carriers.

And now there remain: faith [abiding trust in God and His promises], hope [confident expectation of eternal salvation], love [unselfish love for others growing out of God’s love for me], these three [the choicest graces]; but the greatest of these is love. — 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:13‬ ‭AMP‬‬

I hope you join me this month and say, “I am love,” during your meditation sessions. Still uneasy about meditation, well you can use this mantra as a positive affirmation by repeating it in your mind throughout the day. I’m confident that the Universe will respond to you by sending you more love. I know that you will feel better, which will cause you to feel well in your mind and spirit. Before you know it you will be living in wellness.

Let me know what you think about this mantra and please don’t forget to like and subscribe if you enjoyed what you read. If you didn’t, please let me know that as well. This is your space just as much as it is mine. I am here to serve others and that includes you. 🙂

With gratitude,

Jessica Leanice

P.S. Did you notice the heart shaped cloud in the photo I took in Southern Maryland a few years ago? I know that nature responds to God’s command as well. In this moment, when I saw the heart, I was reminded of the power of love in our lives. All I could do is smile and give thanks to God for such a loving message and powerful feeling. ❤
