Powerful Prayer for Employment and Education: Novena to the Thirteen Blessed Souls

IMG_0727

Prayer is powerful. Many of us have testimonies about a time in our lives when God answered our prayers. If you are in need of employment or admission acceptance at a university or college, I encourage you to say the Novena to the Thirteen Blessed Souls prayer. This Novena is a prayer that asks Jesus and the twelve Apostles for urgent needs related to employment and education. We are victorious through God’s grace, as Jesus said to his disciples in The Gospel of Mark.

“Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.” – Mark 11: 22-25 NLT

I invite you to say the Novena with me and share it with anyone in need.

Novena to the Thirteen Blessed Souls (Jesus and the Twelve Apostles)

Oh my thirteen Blessed souls so wise and understanding, I ask you for the Love of God that my request be answered. Oh my thirteen Blessed souls so wise and understanding, I ask you for the Love of God that my request be answered. Of you I ask for the sake of the blood that Jesus shed that my request be answered. My Lord Jesus Christ that your protection wrap me with your arms. Guard me with your eyes.

O God of my kindness you have been my defender in life and death. I ask that you free me from the difficulties that torment me. My thirteen blessed souls so wise and understanding have received the grace I seek from you (state request) I will be devoted to you.

Say thirteen Our Father’s and thirteen Hail Mary’s following the above prayer for thirteen consecutive days. Publish this prayer and give a Mass of Thanksgiving.

Live well and pray often,

Jessica Leanice
